Show a price before the call

The problem: People ask for a price and disappear.

Buyers want a number before they want a meeting. If they can't get one from you, they ask someone who'll give it to them.

Start with a range

Look at your last 20 jobs. Write down the cheapest and the most expensive that were normal. That's your range. Put it on the page: “Most projects like this cost $8k–$15k.”

Then make it smarter

Add 3–5 questions that change the price the most (size, location, speed, extras). Show a narrower range at the end. Buyers who see a number they can live with book a call. Buyers who can't, leave without taking your time.

Same-day quotes for the rest

For jobs that really need a custom quote, make templates for the common ones so a real quote goes out the same day.

How you know it's working

Fewer calls with people who can't afford you, and more calls that end in a yes.
