The 3-email follow-up for “not yet” leads

The problem: Leads say “not yet” and you never hear from them again.

Most people who don't buy straight away still buy later. Usually from whoever is still in touch.

Email 1, day 2: an answer

Answer the question they probably have but didn't ask. Price, timeline, or what happens next.

Email 2, day 7: proof

One short story of a past customer like them. What they had, what you did, what changed.

Email 3, day 21: a simple ask

“Is this still on your list? Reply yes or no.” Short emails like this get replies.

Automate it

Set all three to send automatically, and stop the moment they reply. Nobody has to remember.
